祝日のランチタイムで訪問。
百名店だし並ぶかな？と思い開店10分前に到着しましたが杞憂でした。
開店前に待っていたのは私たち含め2組のみ。
そんなに急がなくても大丈夫そうです。
開店時間がくると先に待っていた私たちから店内に案内してくれました。こういう気遣いがかなり嬉しいです。
◆ふっくらハンバーグ160gテリヤキマヨネーズソース（¥950）を単品で注文。
10分ほどで提供されました。
熱々の鉄板に大きなハンバーグ、それだけで幸せです。
付け合わせの野菜はグリルされており、ハンバーグソースと絡めて食べると絶品です。付け合わせの野菜ってあまりワクワクしないことが多いのですが、こちらの野菜は美味しくてもっと食べたくなりました。
気持ちばかりのベジファーストの後、念願のハンバーグ。
テリテリに輝くソースを纏った肉厚なハンバーグ。
お肉の美味しさ、ソースの美味しさどちらも抜群です。
このソースは唯一無二な感じでした。テリヤキマヨなんてよくある響きなのに何が違うんだろう…
ハンバーグが食べたくなったら必ずまた伺いたいと思うお店でした。ご馳走さまでした。
