恵比寿東口、タコ公園に面している。
いっとき店を閉めていたのはリニューアルで、再開後も500円ピザ継続。
ランチはAll 500円の29種のピザと2種の800円ランチプレート、
ピザにドリンク+100円、サラダ+100円、ドルチェ+100円
結構な人の入り。
これを男女二人で元気に回す。
入店案内、注文取り、ドリンク出し、ピザ成型、ピザ焼き、ピザ出し、精算、片付け
かなりの工程を笑顔で元気よく客の目の前でこなす。
マルゲリータとジンジャエールを注文。
電気窯で一枚ずつしか焼けないので、
他の手際が良くてもやはり時間がかかる。
14分で到着。
10分超えると待たされ感が出るので、
ワンコイン目的なら最初から覚悟して入ったほうがいい。
ジンジャエールはどちらかと云うと甘口、
30cmの巨大なマルゲリータ、
生地は薄いのでペロリといただける。
面白いのはカトラリーはプラ箸しか置いてないこと。
500円で利益を上げる必要があるから、色んなところを合理化する必要がある。
味は合格点、
600円払ってご馳走さま。
元気なよく通る声で送り出してくれた。
