恵比寿にあるドロンズ石本さんがオーナーのお店。
テイクアウトが始まっていたので伺いました。
結構メニューがありますが馬焼肉丼をチョイス。
オーダーしてから焼いてくれるので事前に電話をしておくとスムースですね。
馬肉以外にはニラともやしが入っておりシャキシャキとした食感が楽しめます。
タレ焼きされた馬肉はご飯との相性抜群！
