恵比寿の駅から歩いて数分、日仏会館のそばにあるお寿司屋さんです。
知らない人は通り過ぎてしまいそうなほど目立たない玄関です。
入店するとカウンター越しに素晴らしい中庭がドーンと目に入ります。
今回は事前予約、予算を告げてお任せコースでお願いしました。
先ずは刺身からです。からし玉ねぎ入りポン酢で頂きました。
かつお、しめさば、など
次いで、毛蟹 、くえの酒蒸し、子持ちの稚鮎、茶碗蒸し
にぎりは
さんまのあぶり、いか、ぶり、のどぐろ、こはだ、車えび、うに、穴子、玉 など
が出てきました。 （若干違っているかも？）
“うに” は若干生臭さを感じて後味が悪かったのは残念でした。
事前に告げていた予算に対する配慮は全くなく、無視される始末です。
どれもこれも美味しかったのは間違いないのですが、私の使えるお店では・・・
