最近ものすごく新しいことチャレンジしたくて資格とかの勉強始めたいたくもんです。簡単な取れそうなやつから攻めますか。

恵比寿の五差路付近にあるお蕎麦屋さん。
忙しい時もあれば暇な時もある。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、お蕎麦屋さんのイメージそのもの。
平日のランチタイムに利用。
夜も営業しているのか。日本酒とかも置いている。
▶今回頂くのは【おまかせセット】900円
本日のおまかせはとろろそばに豚の卵丼。
選べるのがうれしい、うどんそば熱いか冷たいか。
注文してからできるまでは混み具合による。
今回はやや普通か。
冷たい蕎麦の場合、せいろではなく平たいお皿にでてくる。
具材はシンプル。とろろはあまり存在感薄い。しかし固まる粘度は高い。
量は少なめ。
味はやや薄く蕎麦も普通。
丼は美味しい。
半熟卵で肉も柔らかかった。
残念なのはお茶碗一杯分しかないこと。これも大盛りにできるのかな。
居心地は良いので喫煙できる時代がうらやましい。
日本酒と蕎麦最高ですよね。
今度はうどんをセレクトしてみますかね。
