カウンターで接客しておられるバーテンダーは
シェリー、ワインをはじめとしたメニューの解説がとても丁寧で
決して気取らず、自身の言葉で一生懸命熱弁してくださる
テーブル席にも積極的に顔を出して丁寧に商品の説明をしておられた
コリドー街店にお邪魔したときにもバーテンダーの丁寧な解説に感動したのを覚えている
