恵比寿東口、恵比寿通りを渡ってすぐ、猿田彦珈琲本店が入ってるビルの同じ1階東角にある寿司屋。
ネットで調べると50年ほど続く町の寿司屋で、当代が2代目のようである。
格子戸を開けると中はひんやり。
奥にカウンター、その周りにテーブル席。
カウンター席には4人ほど男性、いずれも常連さんのようである。
私もカウンター席に座り、ランチちらし（900円）を注文。
粉茶と布おしぼり。
大将と常連さんは特に言葉を交わすこともなく、自分たちで思い思いに過ごす店のようである。
BGMはNHKの朝ドラ再放送。
5分ほどで学者っぽい痩せた壮年の大将がカウンター越しにどんぶりを置いてくれる。
無駄口は叩かないが必要なことはハキハキ喋るタイプ。
後ろからあぶらげと豆腐の味噌汁。
味噌汁はいい出汁が出ているが濃すぎないのがいい。
ちらしは海老が入らないだけで、マグロ、白身、貝、青魚、タコ、イカ、穴子と豪華に盛られる。
ガリは入らず、タラコ、タクワン、カマボコ、キュウリ。
ネタはにぎりの7割くらいの大きさにカットしてあり、ちらしには丁度いい大きさ。
これは！というネタはないが、こういう街場の寿司屋ではこういう安定のネタがいいのである。
これで900円はお値打ち、
お代を払ってご馳走様。
