This year's New Year's party will be held at Ebisu Kura!
New Year's party with good friends! We used the tatami room in the back. We toasted with beer and started the course! The usual burdock chips, with a good saltiness that made the beer go down well. The sea bream carpaccio was topped with sea urchin! Fresh sea bream! Delicious! Deep fried sweet potato with salted fish! This is so unfair! I could have had several beers. The braised pork and daikon radish were irresistible with the tender pork and the daikon radish soaked in broth! From this point on, we changed to shochu and soda. The grilled fish had just the right amount of fat. The smoked Oyster? The flavor was concentrated. To finish, we poured the sweet potato broth over it, crumbling the sweet potato thoroughly. A dish with good broth and a hint of wasabi. You can also enjoy the flavor of the seaweed. Thank you to the owner Sato-san for always treating us so well! Thank you for the meal. I'll visit again!
I'm happy with the stable service!
Six of my colleagues and I sat in the sunken kotatsu seating in the back. First, we toasted with beer! We enjoyed the delicious omakase course, starting with Tempura, red sea bream carpaccio-style salad, sashimi, Simmered dish, grilled dishes, plaice, udon, and mango pudding for dessert. The food was served at the right time, keeping an eye on how we were eating. We had a great time, enjoying some delicious sake.
仕事仲間と新年会。
鮮度の良い刺身、上手に処理されたあん肝、兜煮、豚肉焼き、ごぼうチップスなどを摘みながら、ビール、焼酎、日本酒で堪能。
料理もお酒もかなりクオリティは高いと思います。
締めは、豚付けうどん！満腹だったので、うどんの料理は3／5人前（写真）。魚介系に豚の脂のつけ汁は少し濃いめだが細めのうどんに合う！割出汁をいただき、スープも完食。次回は鳥付けうどんを食べてみたいと思います。ご馳走さまでした。

We rented out the restaurant on Tuesday night for a drinking party with friends. The owner, Mr. Sato, always has a hard time (lol) Burdock chips, salad, carpaccio, beef, grilled fish, white fish Tempura, shumai, etc. Every dish was delicious. We all enjoyed the food with our favorite drinks, such as beer and sake. Thank you for the delicious meal!
