There is a skywalk (automated walkway) that leads to Ebisu Garden Place, so please ride it to the final destination. 3. Go outside and there will be a traffic light, so please cross. 4. Immediately after crossing, there is a bridge on your right, so cross it. 5. After you pass the 7-Eleven, you will come to a large intersection, so turn left. 6. Walk about 50m beyond the park and you will find our store at the back of the alley on your left. |

此度は「京料理」に思いを寄せて。
訪れたのは、東京都目黒区三田にある「京しずく」。
店内に一歩足を踏み入れるとそこに広がるのは京の風情と錯覚しても不思議ではない静寂なる空間。
奥行きのあるカウンター席に始まり、手洗い場など細部に至まで京のこだわりが垣間見える。
カウンター席の奥には個室もご用意。両家顔合わせなど、祝いの席にも利用しやすい。
料理は"京都よりも京都らしく"の決意を持ち京の素材を取り寄せている。
京野菜はもとより、かつお節や昆布、醤油、味噌など調味料に至るまで、京都から取り寄せたものを使用するこだわりよう。
都内に居ながら本場の京料理が楽しめるのは表現できぬほどの嬉しさがある。

割り方は水・お湯・ソーダからセレクト可。この日は暑かったのでソーダ割でオーダーした。
柚子の爽やかな風味と酸味がソーダとよくマッチし夏の訪れを感じさせてくれる。

平日1日10食限定（予約不可）のプレミアムランチメニューは先附に始まり、小鉢、おばんざい、御飯、水物のコース。

・初鰹のたたきに行者ニンニクの醤油漬け
・そら豆の甘煮
・出汁巻玉子
・新じゃがいもの煮っころがし
・菜の花のお浸し
・鯛の煮凍り
・白子筍とふきの焚き合わせ
｜天然明石鯛のお茶漬け
天然鯛を胡麻味噌で和えたもの。そのまま食べても充分に美味しいのだが、それだけで終わってはもったいない。
是非、鯛茶漬けを楽しんでほしい。お湯を注ぐとみるみるその身を艶めかせる天然鯛。
理性など完全に消え去り、欲望のままにその火照った身体を一思いに喰らう。この達成感と満足感は正直口にした者にしか分からない。
鯛茶漬けにはお好みでワサビを入れてほしい。漬け物の酸味は口の中に新たな息吹を送り込み、舌の感度までも上げてくれる。
｜胡麻豆腐
歯触り、舌触り、口どけ、どれをとっても一級で、正直この胡麻豆腐には驚かされた。単品でも用意されていたら必ず頼みたい。
この日は国民の祝日"こどもの日"を控えていたこともあり、兜を添えてくれた。
こういう主張し過ぎず、でも控えめ過ぎない奥ゆかしい心配りがなんとも京都らしいと温かい気持ちになる。
