〈概評〉
塩ラーメンで初めて感動した！！
麺：細麺 固さは選べる→ かため にした。
かなり黄色いから、玉子麺やと思う。
スープ：タイプ的には昔風の、わかめスープに近いような感じの塩ラーメン。鰹とかはそこまで強くない気がして、鶏？でもない気がするけど、 昆布やろか？
まろやかでありつつも、塩味が結構しっかりと付いてる。
写真を見ての通り、結構油分も多め。これが、冷めにくくかつ、麺への絡まりをめちゃくちゃ良くしてると思う。
トッピングは、チャーシューは切れ目の入ったブロック？ 甘味がありつつも塩味がほのかに効いた、あのチャーハンに入ってるような感じの豚肉。まぁ焼き豚やね。脂身はほどほどやけれども、スープの脂が多いからパサパサはしてなくて、美味しい！
ワンタンは、小エビが入ったワンタン。
単体ではまぁまぁやけれども、皮が美味しい。どっちかていうと皮とスープとの交わりを味わう感じのワンタンで、これはこれでOK！
味玉、これがまたよう塩味効いてて、2～3個追加で入れて、ご飯と海苔と一緒に食べたいぐらい、それぐらいよう味付いとった！

祝日（GW）0:30頃 待ちはなかったものの、店内はかなり賑わってる。自分の後ろには若干の待ちも発生してた。
日曜以外は、朝方4:00まで営業。
夜中に空いてるラーメン屋は、そこまで美味しないところが、経験上多かったんやけども、ここは同時間帯に営業してるラーメン屋さんの中では、これまでで一番美味しかったと思う。
