• 特製塩らーめん 1050円
渋谷区恵比寿にある人気の函館らーめん専門店。
恵比寿駅東口から徒歩約10分の場所にある
「函館らーめん しお貫」さんに行ってきました！
今回は特製塩らーめんを注文しました。
特製塩らーめんは道南産真昆布や鶏ガラ
豚ガラや新鮮野菜などを炊いた塩スープに
喉越しの良いストレート細麺を合わせていて
特製トッピングで豚ちゃーしゅーや味玉子
海老わんたん、めんま、のり、ほうれん草
なると、長ねぎなどが盛られています！
塩スープはとても優しくじんわりと
旨味が沁み渡り心がホッとする味わいで
飲み干したくなる程美味しかったです！
モチッとした食感で喉越しの良い細麺が
とても良く合っていてスープと麺だけでも
十分なくらい満足度の高い一杯でした！
また特製のトッピングが盛り沢山かつ
器が大きく麺量も少し多く感じたので
これで1050円はコスパが良過ぎます！
季節限定の白味噌らーめんも気になりました！
