「人間は考える葦である。」
かの哲学者パスカルの言葉ですが、
人は自然界では大した存在ではないが考えることができるというような感じの意味です。確か。
てな訳で、足を使って(散歩して)思考を巡らせながらずっとご飯のこと考えてました。
恵比寿駅徒歩1分ほどに町寿司が。
ここにしよう。
店内はいかにも町寿司なレトロ感あり、
どこか落ち着く店内で、サラリーマン、OLたちのランチ客で賑わってました。
ちらしもバクダン丼も美味しそうだけど、
グッと堪えにぎりを。
10種の握りとあら汁が付く。
高い寿司とか色々食べるけど、このくらいの肩肘張らないくらいの雰囲気でゆったり食べる寿司好きなんだよなぁ。
シャリやネタのサイズもちょうど良いし、シャリの柔らかさ、酢の感じも何もかもちょうど良い。
結局、足はほぼ使わなかったし、思考する間も無いくらい駅から近い町寿司で良い時間を過ごせました◎
つまり、思考のみならずある程度の感性・感覚も大事にしたいものです。
