前日呑み過ぎたので
牛テールとすじ肉を煮込んだコムタンをいただこうと
アトレ6階妻家房にやって来る。
やはり女子に人気のようで、90％女性客。
呉永錫（オ ヨンソク）氏率いる妻家房は1993年に誕生し、
東京を中心に各地にレストラン、食料品店があるが、
元々はファッションで勝負と日本に来て、通貨危機で挫折。
めげずに飲食に転向して成功。

冷たいコーン茶、白菜キムチ、塩、紙おしぼりが出される。
5分もしないでコムタンとご飯が届く。
スープには薄い牛肉が数枚とネギが散らされる。
自分で塩を入れて味を整えろとのこと。
軽く小さじ2杯でやや薄めのいい塩梅。
スプーンでスープを吸って、ご飯を箸でというのも面倒なので、
ご飯をスープに投入し、コムタンクッパ風にしていただく。
なんとなく身体にいいような気分になって
ご馳走さん。
お代は980円、レジで無料のおこげキャンディをもらうと
ほんとにお焦げの味がした。
