恵比寿横丁にある博多居酒屋純ちゃん。
今宵もまた軽く0次会をとやってきました。
こちらは博多居酒屋ということで明太子とかそれっぽいメニューや
馬刺しなど熊本のメニューも取り揃えている。
この日はらっきょ以外ドリンクだけだったが、
生ビールがなかなかおもしろい。
半分白を注いでから黒を注ぐという黒ハーフ、
逆に注ぐのは白ハーフ。
泡だけ黒でビール白は黒トップ、逆は白トップ。
なるほどねえ、黒ビールと通常ビールとハーフアンドハーフ以外の
こんな呑ませ方もあるのねえ。
結局2杯も飲んじまったよ。
確かに泡だけ黒とか口当たりは濃厚でおもろいね。
ドリンクはいいんだけど、このお通しで300円はやっぱ解せないね。
もう恵比寿横丁いいや。
