「柚子オレンジ」という、かなり手ごわいジュースの対処法。(笑)
恵比寿駅西口の駅前のサンマルクカフェである。
駒沢通りの向かい側に位置する。
以前は、２階が喫煙席だったと記憶するが、今は、全席禁煙。
コーヒー以外の冷たい飲み物気分で訪問。
「柚子オレンジジュース(L)」(539円)＋「できたてフレンチトースト・キャラメル」(539円) ―― 写真の通り。
よくかき混ぜてお飲み下さいと言われた。
なので、よくかき混ぜるのだが、基本的に柚子はジャムのような感じになっている。
だから、よくかき混ぜようとしても、限界がある。
飲めば、味わいは、ほとんどオレンジジュースで、若干だけ柚子の風味がプラスされる。
また、フルーツの甘さでなく、加糖ジャムとして甘い。
ストローで吸うと、ズズっと音がするタイミングがやってくるが、まだまだ柚子ジャムは大量に残っている。
また、柚子の大き目の皮がストローに入ると、難儀する。
だから、やるコトは自ずと決まってくる。ウォーター・インである。
で、再び、よくかき混ぜる。すると当然のごとく柚子ジャムジュースが出来上がる。
思いの外、味がある。甘さがあるので納得でき得る飲み物である。
１杯で２度美味しい。(笑)

フレンチトーストは、ホットサンド風に端が閉じられている感じ。
中に卵感が強くある。そして、バターに似た雰囲気もある。
キャラメルシロップの風味が味わいを彩る。
甘さと、香ばしさが良い感じ。
カップでソフトクリームが付いてきたが各々食べた。
美味しかった。
