恵比寿の駅近くにある焼鳥屋さん。
予約で半個室に通していただけて、静かに過ごせました。
手羽先の香味唐揚げ（2本）、390円。
白（塩ガーリック）と赤（甘辛ヤンニョムチキン味）の２種。
ブリっとしたお肉の大きな唐揚げでボリュームが良い。
手が汚れることなど気にせずかぶりつくのが良い食べ方だな。
パリっとした皮がおいしいです。
塩ガーリックとかでなく、普通の味で食べたいかも。
ぱりぱり鶏ハウスサラダ （ハーフサイズ）、605円。
レタスやトマトに隠れて枝豆も入った野菜サラダ。
揚げワンタンの皮と、海苔がよいアクセント。
野菜ベースのドレッシングはあまり酸っぱすぎずでおいしかった。
もも串：240円
手羽先串：200円
砂肝串：200円
ねぎま串：240円
皮がパリっと焼かれていて、噛み応えがありジューシー。
お肉は小ぶりな印象。
どれもおいしくいただきました。
他にも細切りフライドポテト、明太ポテトサラダなど。
カジュアルで食べやすいつまみメニューが多かった。
野菜系や豆腐などのさっぱり系がもう少しあると嬉しいな。
日本酒が妙に良い銘柄がそろっていて、この時は「鳳凰美田」をいただいた。
これはこれでおいしいのだが、料理の金額帯的に、
もっと手ごろな600円程度の価格帯もあってよい気がした。
カジュアルで金額帯的にもありがたいお店。
それにしても、恵比寿で個性を出すのは、飲食店は大変そうだなぁ。
