通りがかりに勢いで入店。初訪問です。店頭に営業時間の表示がなかったので、独断で遅くまで営業されていると思いきや20時にラストオーダーのちゃんとしたお店でした。
餃子メインの四川寄り中華居酒屋の様子。

餃子、美味しかったのですが好きなタイプではありませんでした。手作りと思われて割と大振りの肉餡にもしっかりした味がついていて美味しかったですが、焼き加減が蒸し焼きの水分が多くせっかくのモチモチの皮がクタッとしていました。もっとパリッと感がある方が好みです。水餃子を頼んだらいいかも。
蒸し鶏は肉固めで味薄め。こちらももう少し塩加減が強い方が好みでした。卓上にカスターセットがなく味調整ができず物足りなく感じました。
黒酢豚はまぁまぁ。コスパは良かったです。ボリュームがありそうなのでご飯ものは食べてみたいかも。
