・3人で〆て約27,000円(1人約9,000円) でした。
・恵比寿駅から徒歩5分+αの場所にひっそりと佇む居酒屋さん。居酒屋さんと言えど、小料理屋さん並みの上質な空間とお料理で、お値段も普通の居酒屋さんより高めですが、その価値がきちんとあるお店さんでした。
・頂いたものは以下です。
* 千葉 菜の花の辛子お浸し(600円)
- 本来は一皿に盛られてくるものを3人分に分けて提供してくださいました。優しいサービスと野菜い味に感激です。
* 天然お造り 盛合せ(2400円)
- 3種のお刺身です。どれも本当に新鮮で美味しい。特に「生ダコ」は中々食べれないので、久しぶりに堪能出来て嬉しかったです。
* 熊本 とうべい(600円)
- 酒の肴に最高です。焼酎と共に最後までちびちびいただいていました。
* 福井 鯖のぬか漬け(700円)
- これまた酒の肴に最高です。ちょびっと噛むだけで濃厚で深みのある鯖の糠漬けの味が口いっぱいに広がります。
* 北海道 本ししゃも焼(3本)(1000円)
- ぶりんとしたししゃも。ししゃもが美味しいことはもちろんですが、あら削られた大根おろしがこれまた甘みと辛味が絶妙なバランスで旨でした。これだけでお酒が飲めてしまいます。
* 千葉 蛤と下荷田葱の酒蒸し(1800円)
- お酒休めに酒蒸し。蛤と葱の旨味が溶け込んだ出汁が体を温めてくれます。
* 季節のさつま揚げ(たけのこ･玉ねぎ)(1000円)
- 玉ねぎの甘みが際立つ逸品。焼酎水割り、ロックに最高に合います。
* 本日の土鍋ごはん(たらこ,コーン,バター)(1合2000円×2)
- 〆に最&高の逸品。上品な味わいの中に、明太子の辛味とシャキッとしたコーンの歯ごたえがマッチ。あれ、小料理屋さんでコースを頂いてたっけ？という感覚になる〆モノです。じっくりと土鍋で浸して蒸らした手間暇かけてくれる一品なので余裕をもって1時間前には注文しておく必要があります。
・恵比寿という地で、どれも美味しい上質なお料理を、アラカルトで自由に頼んで飲んで3時間滞在で1人1万円を切るお値段。これは高CPとしか言いようがありませんね。しっかりした和食を頂きたくなった際には是非また訪問させていただきます。ご馳走様でした。
