2回目の訪問。熊本出身の大将とその奥様を中心とする和食屋さん。
居酒屋風和食という表現が1番正しいのかな、店は入りやすい作りでアットホーム感が溢れる。
味は相当美味しい。日本全国から良い食材を集め色々な形で出てくる。こんなに多くのメニューが揃い、さらに一級品となれば舌鼓を打たざるを得ない…！
必食は土鍋ご飯。時間がかかるものの、最高の土鍋ご飯をいくつかの種類から選べる贅沢さ。2-3種に絞り、女将さんに聞くのがベストな気がする。
少し値は張るが、全国から食材を仕入れていることを考えると理解は出来る。
だが、もう少しだけ行きやすいお店になれば…と願うくらい、恵比寿で最高の和食を食べたければ迷わず訪問すべき。
