温暖化の影響で冬とは思えないほどの暖かさを感じる日であった。恵比寿ガーデンプレイスから日仏学院を背にして細い路地を突き当たりまで歩いていくと店を発見できる。ポツンと建てられた一軒家のような外観が比較的目立つので迷うことはないだろう。
店内は想像した以上にカジュアルで、いい意味で緊張感を持つ必要がないのでラフな雰囲気で食事が楽しめる。

一つ一つの皿がよく練られていてとにかく美味しい。パスタがウリなだけあって驚愕するほどの旨さであった。ポーションはそれほど大きく感じないが、腹はいい具合に満たされていく。最後はアマトリチャーナの量が好きなだけ食べられるので腹の隙間を調整できるのは素晴らしい。全体を通してもう少しだけ早く料理提供してくれると尚良いがこれだけ味がいいと我慢せざるをえない。また是非ともお邪魔したい。
