恵比寿駅から徒歩5分。最近おしゃれな路面店も増えてきて恵比寿で飲むことが増えてきました。
なんとなく、路地裏に入ったところで出会ったスペインバル。
衝撃的で積極的に店員さんとお話を。
こういう隠れ家でしっぽり飲みたい。
そんな願望を叶えてくれるお店です。
内観はカウンターとテーブル席。
調光は5ルクス？ほどだったでしょうか。
18:00に入りましたが、時間が経つごとにお客さんが次々とご来店。人気があるんだなといった印象。
今回注文したメニューは
★鶏白レバーのパテ680円
薄切りのバケットにパテを好みに応じてつけていただく。濃厚で、お酒のアテには◯
★真鯛とカラスミのカルパッチョ990円
カラスミのインパクトが強く印象的。カラスミの塩気が鯛とマッチングしており◯

エビがとても甘く、ニンニクとの相性抜群。

アスパラ本来のシャキシャキ感が細やかな技だなと感心。
★トリッパの鶏の煮込み 950円
牛モツに味がよく染み込んでおり、モツの食感がボリューム感を演出。
★和牛肩ロースのタリアータ風1980円
口に入れた瞬間に感じる柔らかさ、2枚目3枚目に脂のしつこさも感じなく、技が光ります。
スパークリングにワイン。
ボトルのラインナップも豊富で、数人での利用も可。若夫婦やカップル様も見受けられました。
