知人に紹介されて、来店して以来、すっかり気に入ってしまったお店です。
こういう良い店は本当は人には知られたくないんですが、大好きな店なので口コミさせていただきます。
恵比寿駅より、徒歩一分の好立地にあるが、２階のお店ということで、とても静かで、落ち着きます。
１４時から開いているので、仕事の打ち合わせが終わったあとに昼から利用させていただいたり、とても使い勝手がいいバーです。
スタッフさんは皆某一流ホテル出身ということで、清潔感があり、サービスはとても心地よく、さりげなくサポートしてくれるので、気づかなかったりするのですが、この自然なサービスがこのお店の居心地の良さだと思います。
バーテンダーさんは皆コンクールの表彰台常連らしく、カクテルを作る技術はとにかくすごい。
無駄のない流れるような動作を見ているだけで、安心できます。最近おいしいカクテルを飲める店があまりなかったので、私としてはうれしい限りです。
料理も豊富で、シェフも元ホテルのフランス料理出身とのこと。
レストラン、ダイニングバーだと、料理はおいしいがドリンクはいまいち、ってところがほとんどですが、こちらはどちらもかなりレベルが高く、サービスも本当に素晴らしいので、大切な人との利用には最適です。
