近くの恵比寿 EAST GALLERYでパーティーの帰りに恵比寿駅まで散策、
数軒入っている建物に「Bar&Dining One」の看板を発見、階段を上がり店内へ・・
やはり薄暗いです何処もそうかァ＾＾；店内はまだ時間が早いのですが個室２部屋とテーブル席には
お客さんがおられました、奥の個室は女子会でしょうか？笑い声が響いていました、カウンター8席に
ペア３組おられ我々２人ギリギリセーフで座る事が出来ました、重厚なカウンターは
お寿司屋さん見たいな１枚板です今じゃ大変貴重なカウンター・・マスター&スタッフは
中々接客応対が出来てますね～さすがホテルでガッチリと教育されて来たんですね、先ずは
ビールを飲もうと思いここは恵比寿だからエビスビールが出るのかなぁと思いましたがキリンビールでした(笑）、
ピクルスを」つまみに響１７年ロックで頂いて来ました、ミーハーのソルティードッグと変わったグラスの
黒ビールを美味しく頂き少し残してハーフ&ハーフにして頂き美味しく頂いて帰って来ました良いバーに巡り合えてよかったです、
地元の浦和にはバー阪本が有ります何処か似ている雰囲気のお店でした・・・
そうだ私チーズ頼んだのですが出て無いし・・忘れてましたね＾＾；
