とんちゃんと言えばサムギョプサルが流行りだした時からある有名店。
恵比寿のお店にお邪魔しました。
【頼んだメニュー】
・チーズサムギョプサル
・カムジャタン鍋
・ネギチヂミ
・黒豆マッコリ
サムギョプサルはキムチと共に焼いてくれます。
おかずで出てくる、ネギ、塩ごま油、サンチュなどで巻いて食べます。
チーズが食べたくてチーズサムギョプサルにしたけど、チーズは無くていいかな…
カムジャタン鍋はジャガイモと骨つき牛肉のお鍋です。
締めに雑炊したらダシが効いてて美味しかったです。
黒豆マッコリを置いているお店があんまりないので嬉しかったです。
サムギョプサルの野菜がもっと沢山種類出てくると嬉しかったかな。
