週末の夜遅めの時間。
仕事が遅くなってしまい、お食事の選択肢があまりなく、
この時間でもやっているし、昔良く行ったとんちゃんに行こうということに。
赤坂や渋谷は何度も行っていますが、恵比寿店は私は初めて。
1組待ちだったので、10分くらいで入店できました。
オンドル石生三段バラセットを2人前注文。
ほどなく、ナムルやカクテキなどと、お肉＆キムチが登場。
店員さんが焼いてくれるので楽ちん。
そして、ものすごい量の脂が飛び跳ねるので、エプロン必須、なるべく石板から離れないと危険です。
焼き上がった豚バラは、これまた店員さんが一口サイズに切ってくれます。
サンチュに、ネギ→お肉→キムチ→味噌の順で乗せてくるりと巻いて頂きます。
美味しいけど、昔の方が肉質が良かったような？
店舗の問題か、ここ数年で舌が肥えてしまったのかは謎。
お肉は割と急いで食べないと、焼きすぎて固くなってしまいます。
石の端っこに避難しても一緒。
この日は健康的にノンアルコール。
コーン茶をピッチャーで頼んでそれしか飲みませんでした。
コーン茶、大好き。
お相手から事前に聞いていたんだけど、店員さんはやや無愛想。
まあでも、許容範囲です。
帰る頃にはお店がガラガラになっていたので、
終電以降の時間帯は並ばず入れたみたいです。
