韓国料理のお店でサムギョプサルを楽しみました。その美味しさには満足したものの、全体的なサービスについては混ざった感想を抱きました。
まず、このお店のサムギョプサルは非常に美味しく、渋谷店では注文しなくてもフリーでニンニクが提供されているところが気に入っています。しかし、ここに来て驚いたのは、同じメニューを頼んでもニンニクが出てこない点でした。特に要望しなければ提供されないということは少々困惑しました。
また、キムチ、ごま油、味噌などのフリーのトッピングもありますが、その量が驚くほど少なかったです。これらのアイテムはサムギョプサルの味わいを一層引き立てる要素であり、もう少し十分な量が提供されると嬉しいと思います。
また、店員さんがテーブルまで来て焼いてくれるサービスは非常に良いと感じました。ただ、その他の部分で少しガッカリさせられたことが、全体的な印象を少し落としてしまいました。
サムギョプサル自体は美味しいのに、全体的なサービスの品質に一貫性がなく、何とも勿体無いと感じてしまいました。次回訪れる際には、サービス面での改善が見られることを期待します。
