お洒落な店内で頂くお初のラーメン懐石。
〆のラーメンに行くまでも、とても楽しかったけど、やはりラーメンがいいとこどりした！

広尾と恵比寿の中間ぐらい、広尾の方が少し近め。
ビルの地下一階で隠れ家感満載！
薄暗い入り口で、インターホンを押して入店！

店主の入江シェフは『アイアンシェフ』料理対決に出演して、あのロブションのシェフと対決したらしい！
ガッチリした体格の見た目とは裏腹に、気さくで面白くて笑顔が印象的。
いろいろと教えてくださって楽しかったです。

◯3回の味変で楽しむラーメン出汁から始まり、お次はキラキラのイクラパフェ☆
炙りチャーシューに炙りもつ鍋と、インスタ映えばっちり、かつおいひいお料理が続々とっ！
◯もつ鍋の〆はパスタ！と、これまたユニーク！
もつ鍋の旨味と脂をたっぷり含んだパスタはめちゃうまっっっ！
パスタはお鍋の〆で、コースの〆はラーメン(O_O)笑
ここまでたくさん食べたけど、ラーメンが美味しくて無言で食べてた。
普段ラーメンはあまり食べないのだけど、ハマっちゃいそうかも…。
◯〆のラーメンは来店回数に応じて味が変わるそうなので、通う楽しみがあるお店。
200回以上も来店している強者もいるそうな…。
ドリンクは、生ビールからの梅酒ビール。
入江さんは、梅酒の品評会に参加されるほど梅酒に精通してらして、当店でも梅酒ビールを提供し始めたそうな。
「アルコールをアルコールで割っているので酔いますよ。笑」と言われたものの、梅酒の甘味で飲み口が最高で、ごくごく飲みそう。
でも気をつけて、少しずつ飲みました…。笑
