土曜日の夜、ダメ元で当日予約をしてみたら大丈夫ですよーとの返答！入店するとほぼ満席だったため、当日予約は奇跡的だったのかもしれません。事前予約必須ですね！
カウンター席とテーブル席があり、カウンター席では店員さんに焼いてもらえます。←ここ重要。ホルモンて食べ頃が分からない。。
メニューはスタンダードコース4950円を注文。初めに出てくるもつ煮込みは汁まで飲めます。旨味凝縮です。そして備長炭が綺麗に積まれた七輪とともにホルモン9種盛りが運ばれます。左上から食べていくのがおすすめだそうです。まず見た目が綺麗です。聞いたこと、食べた事の無いホルモン(喉元、脾臓など)を説明してくれます。そして順番に店員さんが焼いてくれるので、絶妙な焼き加減で美味しい食べられます！いやーいいですねー。カウンターの特権ですね。豚ホルモンって食べた事ありませんでしたが臭みとか全くなく、ほんと美味しかった！癖になりそう！最後にすき焼き風ロースはたまごに付けていただきます！間違いなく美味しいです！
また絶対行きます！
