A regular customer said Wednesday was amazing! I had heard that and was looking forward to visiting. To be honest, I'm not that good at hormones, and although I could eat them, I just ate them without thinking they were delicious, but the ones here were amazing! The parts I had never heard of were delicious, but the liver, the liver! Yes, yes, yes, the offal stew and salad are delicious, and the ending is Ramen with Iida Shoten's custom-made noodles! (Apparently it's only available on Wednesdays. Also, the soup is not from Iida Shoten.) This was made with thin noodles for Loukuma-san, and I really liked it! They say it's delicious even on days other than Wednesday. I want to enjoy that next time too!
