恵比寿に行きつけのお店をつくりたいな…と呟いていたら、
友人が連れてきてくれたお店。2013年の秋、です。
それからというもの、何十回きたでしょうか。笑
恵比寿で、鶏鍋と日本酒、といったら、間違いなくココです。
カウンター、テーブル、そして、こあがり
個人的には、こあがりで、ゆったりと仲間と飲むのが好きですね。
ここにきたら、おすすめ、としては、
何十センチもある長なす、
鰹節がたっぷりかかったあげだし、
そのときの旬の刺身などは女将さんと決めます。
鶏鍋は必須ですから、はじめから予約。
なんとも、濃厚なスープで、鶏、つくね、そして最後の〆のラーメンをご堪能ください。笑
あと、ここは日本酒天国ですので、
珍しい貴重なものいっぱい出逢えます。
ですから、基本、私はここでは大将のおまかせで。
お忙しい時は無理ですが、
ちょっと手が空いたときは、大将が嬉しそうに銘柄の説明をしてくれるので、
なんともうれしく、うんうんとうなづいちゃいます。
信頼のおけるお店。
