美味しい馬刺しが食べたい！と思ってみても好き嫌いが分かれるメニュー。一緒に馬肉好きなお友達をつかまえてかなり美味しいらしいと聞いていた恵比寿の馬肉専門店へ行ってきました。

ブルームーン
お店に取り扱ってると分かるとついオーダーしてしまうブルームーン。オレンジピールとコリアンダーのスパイスの香りが好きで、爽やかさを感じたいけどビールが飲みたい気分のときにぴったりです。
サーロインのユッケ
馬肉のユッケは、馬肉専門店ならではのお通しです。
極上生レバー
なかなかお目にかかれない馬肉の極上生レバーがwhimさんには置いてあります。熊本直送の新鮮なレバーです。
臭みが全くなくプルツルの食感、濃厚な甘さに、ごま油の香りが加わると更に旨味が増します。
特選馬刺し5種盛り合わせ
ロースしっとりとした柔らかい赤身で口どけの良い上品な甘味があります。
ザブトン1頭から4〜5kgほどしかとれない希少部位。脂の旨味が濃厚です。
ハツ程よい固さと赤身の旨味を感じます。
シンシンキメが細かく上質な柔らかさの希少部位です。
サーロインサシが少なめで赤身とのバランスが良いです。
新鮮地野菜のスティックサラダ
旨馬味噌マヨネーズ
みずみずしいズッキーニやパプリカは、自家製の味噌マヨネーズのディップをつけることで、甘さをより引き立ててくれます。
大海老のパン粉焼き

シトラスと白い花のようなアロマに、フレッシュでエレガントなシャンパーニュです。
ハツ&ハツモト
ハツは、生でもいただける鮮度です。脂肪が少ないので、赤身の旨味を感じます。
ハツモトは、馬の心臓部分の大動脈の希少部位です。くせがなく、コリコリとした食感で美味です。
馬スジ入りクッパ
馬スジ入りのクッパは、スープが優しくありながら、馬スジの旨味がしっかりとして、五臓六腑に染み渡ります。
馬肉専門店で、馬肉を食べ飽きるかな？とも思いましたが、美味しい馬肉は飽きることなく、いただく事が出来ました。
