恵比寿駅西口からすぐのところにある馬肉バル。カウンター席と間仕切りされたテーブル席があって落ち着いた雰囲気の店内です。
このお店に来たらなんといっても馬肉！馬刺しやレバ刺しをはじめ馬焼肉、馬肉を使ったパスタなど馬肉料理づくしです。
・お通し(馬肉ユッケ)
まずはお通し。お通しからして馬肉！Whimなら当然です♪
・特選馬刺し5種盛り
馬肉といったら真っ先に思いつくのが馬刺し！この日の5種盛りはロース、ハツ、サーロイン、タン、シンシン。部位による風味や食感の違いを甘めの醤油につけて味わいます。
・(焼肉)豪華！ほぼ全部盛り！
馬焼肉ではいろいろ食べたかったのでほぼ全部盛りをオーダー。9種がお皿に敷き詰まった豪華な一皿が出てきましたー！すべて生で食べられる超新鮮な馬肉とのことですが、リブフィンガーとタンはよく焼いた方が美味しいのだそう。この日はタン、ハツ、カルビ、ロース、サーロイン、リブフィンガー、カメノコ、ハラミ、シャトーブリアンの9種。前述の2部位以外はサッと焼いていただきます！
・馬スジ煮込みチーズ焼
一品料理からこちらをチョイス。甘辛く煮込んだ馬スジにチーズを乗せてオーブンで焼いた一皿。ホロホロっとほどける馬スジがたまらない！
・馬肉のボロネーゼ
馬肉のエキスが溶け込んだミートソースが美味しいのはもちろん、生スパゲッティのモチモチ食感がクセになるうまさ！
・3種の馬刺し握り
〆には馬刺し握りを。ロース、シンシン、サーロインの炙りの3種です。
・アンチョビフライドポテト
馬肉料理以外で美味しかったのがこのフライドポテト。風味がすごくよくて、つまむ手が止まりませんでしたー！いい香りの正体はなんだろ…ラード？バター？聞けばよかった！
・丸ごとオイキムチ
きゅうりの中にキムチがはさまれたオイキムチ。こういうタイプのオイキムチって初めて食べたんですがこれが正調の作り方？見た目がいいから自宅でも真似したい♪
・ケーキ屋さんのデザート盛り合わせ
デザートは盛り合わせをー！和栗のモンブランをはじめ、シフォンケーキ、チョコレートケーキ、ココナッツアイス、フランボワーズのシャーベットなど、贅沢な盛り合わせです。

ドリンクには初めて見たのでオーダーしてみたヱビスマイスター ロイヤルリーフ。750mlのボトルに入ったスペシャルなビールです。ロイヤルリーフホップを使ったかなり華やかな一杯！
・ブルームーン
ベルジャンホワイトな一本もオーダー。コリアンダーの効いたスムース&スパイシーな味わい♪
・グラスワイン(ネロ・ダーヴォラ)
後半、馬焼肉やボロネーゼに合わせて赤ワインを飲みました。ぶどう品種により値段が3段階に分かれていて、好みのネロ・ダーヴォラをチョイス。
テーブル席の間仕切りはつい最近設置されたそうですが、ほぼ個室のようになっていて、かなり落ち着いて過ごせました。馬料理と美味しいお酒がゆったり楽しめたのでまた行きたい♪
