今日の晩ごはんは"神座"へ。
かなり昔に大阪へ行った際に、
今まで食べた事がないジャンルのラーメンに
驚いて以来、優しい味のここのラーメンが好きで
定期的に食べたくなります。
(まだ数点しか東京にお店がない頃)
◉煮玉子ラーメン¥900＋餃子セット¥300
安定・安心・信頼の味！
醤油スープに白菜の甘味が絶妙。
野菜の甘みなのか醤油味の良さがマッチして美味。
煮玉子の味付け、茹で加減も素晴らしい！
あと味変出来る"ニラ"が置いてあるのもグッド！
お店は22:30くらいにも関わらずほぼ満卓。
恵比寿駅隣接という立地の良さもあり大人気。
飲んだ後の人や晩ごはんの人、
様々な人が座ってました。
店員さん達もフル回転！
オープンキッチンなのも楽しくて好き！
