定期的に行く居酒屋佐藤。
店の入り口にはサトちゃん、店内はカウンター数席と掘りごたつという、まさに居酒屋らしいクラシックな雰囲気。
そして土日は１５時からやっているのが嬉しい。
３日（土）午後に行ったこの日は、ブリ刺し、つぶ貝ワサビ漬け、菜の花天ぷら、牛すじ煮込みから始まり、3と０の付く日にお得な３１０円メニューの牡蠣ぬたあえと、恵方巻きをいただきました。
お料理は全て安定の美味しさ、お酒はハイボールから、徳利で出てくる焼酎“佐藤謹製”を空けて大満足。
恵比寿では貴重な、静かに飲める居酒屋さんです。
