金曜日の18:30に予約して2人で訪問です。
恵比寿駅から目黒の方に坂を登ったあたり。
店の作りが、かなり細長く奥行きのある構造で幅が狭いです。
入り口に近い席は広めですが、人の出入りがあるので落ち着きに欠け、奥の席はちょっと狭いと…なかなかに難しいですね。
頂いたのは、お任せコースで
・カヌレとレバームース
・季節野菜のパフェ
・桜エビしんじょ 蕎麦衣焼き
・チーズスフレ新じゃがチーズフォンデュ
・蝦夷鹿のロースト
・ほほ肉のガーリックライス
・苺とトマトのフロマージュブランアイス
コースは基本的に野菜が主役のようで、特にスペシャリテの野菜のパフェは、サツマイモのアイスにソースのジュレ、味わいあるフロマージュブランに野菜の甘みとシャキシャキした食感。味も見た目もデザートのようであり、サラダのようでもあると。
このスペシャリテがあるので、デザートの苺とトマトのアイスパフェが見劣りしてしまったのが残念。
野菜を使ったケーキなどだと、また違って楽しめたのかと想像します。
もう一品、桜エビしんじょ 蕎麦衣焼きも、印象的でした。蕎麦をカダイフっぽくカリカリに揚げて、シャキシャキしたネギの食感に、エビしんじょのフワプリが合わさって楽しい。そして豆腐のクリームソースと黒糖胡麻バルサミコソースの2つのソースが味わい深く、如何にもソースにこだわるフレンチっぽさもありました。
満足感のあるコース料理ですが、それでいてかなりお値段抑えめ。かなりの良CPでもありました。
