結婚記念日に利用
今年の結婚記念日の食事はミシュラン後藤シェフのアムールさんにしました。
恵比寿にある一軒家のレストラン
1階が待合室的なスペースですが、もうオシャレ
少し待って2階に上がり外が見える席に通されました。
ウェルカムドリンクはシェフからのサービスでシャンパンをいただきました。
美味しい＾＾
メニューはシェフからの手紙と言う形式で手紙を開封してメッセージとメニューが記載してあります。
演出良いですね！
前菜一品目は枝豆の収穫と言う事で籠一杯の枝豆で手で取って下さいと大きいのを取って下さいと勧められるがまま餃子サイズの枝豆を取ると
実は枝豆に扮したパイ包みと言われそのまま手掴みでパクリ 中身は枝豆を細くして生ハムと混ぜた具

前菜2品目 鮑とチーズの宝箱
こちらも手掴みで
茄子とサラワ
甘鯛
と魚料理も絶品
白ワインを2杯いただいちゃいました。
オマール海老のビシソワーズは過去最高のビシソワーズかも⁉️
メインの鴨肉の藁焼き
部位も3種 ヒレ ムネ モモ とそれぞれ焼き加減は異なり 添え物も美味しい
デザートは2品
デラウェアとお酒が効いたシャーベットぽい感じ
桃のコンフォートをランドクシャで囲んだ感じ
美味しい お腹一杯
最後に余韻でカフェで最後と思いきや
ミニチュアサイズのスイーツが
一個一個うますぎ
とても良いアニバーサリーディナーになりました。
サービサーの対応も激良し
流石後藤シェフ 流石ミシュラン

去年に引き続き2回目の結婚記念日に利用させていただきました。
台風の中笑 でしたが小雨で良かったです
キャンセルもあったようでお客さんは少なめでした
台風の中お店オープンは店員さんに頭上がらないですね。
前菜の収穫祭は 今年の初 栗 でした
美味しい ほっこり
料理は何から何まで手が混んでいて美味しいです
また器とのマリアージュも素晴らしい
常に驚きや感動が詰まった一品一品
最高の一時を過ごせました
