I visited at the beginning of February.The restaurant has tables and private rooms, but this time I used a table. Chef Goto's Japanese French French cuisine, seasonal Japanese ingredients, and French cuisine techniques and skill "blooms in each dish" - each dish was like that! ^_^ The courses are as follows 2024 Winter Brussels sprouts Harvest Sweet shrimp/Shrimp potatoes Hair crab/Scallops/Cauliflower Beef/Eggs/Chrysanthemum Tiger blowfish/Green onions/Japanese pepper Lobster/Lily bulb/Tomato Baby pigeon/Log shiitake mushroom/Fukinoto Strawberry/Lavender/Butterfly Afterglow ... The harvest of Brussels sprouts at the start was like actually harvesting cabbage from the field, and the course started with fun and excitement.Everything was delicious, but Amour's lobster bisque is a must-see for those who know Amour well. It's so delicious that you'll want to repeat it every time. I've never had a shrimp bisque like this before...(^-^)v The course menu was so ingenious that I couldn't stop getting excited as I continued eating. I hear that it is difficult to use in French cuisine, but this is a great dish made with frites of fugu. Furthermore, for the main dish, the duck is tender and has a firm texture, and the sauce brings out the flavor. For dessert, we had strawberries, and a cute and adorable butterfly dessert that would liven up Valentine's Day and the season★ The delicateness of the finished product was even palpable...
