仕事の打ち上げでこちらの「うしごろバンビーナ 恵比寿本店」さんにお邪魔してきました。
予約時間が17時半から19時までの席だったからか二日前でも予約が取れました（平日ですが）
恵比寿駅から徒歩3〜4分程度の裏路地にあるのでいい感じの使いやすい立地ですね。
中に入ると店員さんが笑顔でお出迎えしてくれます。
今回はアラカルトだったのでで色々注文しました！
中でも美味しかったのは
▪️シャトーブリアン
ヒレの真ん中の希少部位のシャトーブリアン。
言わずもがなの美味しさですが、店員さんが最高の火加減で焼いてくれますのでさらに美味しいです。
塩で食べるとお肉本来の旨味が感じられます。
▪️極上タン
塩ダレがしっかり目に聞いているのでサッと焼いてレモンで頂きましたがとても美味しかったです。
個人的には厚切りのタンが好きなのですがこちらの薄切りたんは絶品でした。
▪️カレー
うしごろといえばこちらのカレー！
系列店でも必ず食べますw
肉肉しさがたまらない一品です！
他にも内臓系やデザートも食べて大満足でした！
