こちらのうしごろさんは、カジュアルな雰囲気のタイプの店舗。お肉は、ものによっては店員さんが焼いてくれるコース。
・前菜3種盛合わせ
アボカドのキムチが美味しかった
・ローストタルタルキャビア添え
酸味のある味わいが、好みでした
・本日のタパス
自家製もつ煮込み チリコンカン風味。もつの臭みゼロでとても美味しい。これは、ヒルトップ店で以前いただいた時にハマり、また食べられて嬉しい。
・【B,B,B】バンビーナ,ビーフ,バーガー
（ハンバーグ＆とろけるロース）
新感覚のハンバーガーBBB。
自分で重ねて作るバーガー。パンもバターが効いてジューシー、なめらかなロース、そこに肉肉しい食べごたえのあるハンバーグ、チェダーチーズ、ピクルスまで入って、小さいながら重ねると結構ボリューミー。とても贅沢なバーガーでした。これは食べるべき1品。
・チョレギサラダ
ここでサラダが登場するのが、うしごろさんだなーといつも思う。トップバッターがサラダじゃないところが、私は好きです。
・極みのタン
歯切れの良いタン。ネギ塩ダレで味付けされていたので、そのままで美味しい。こちらのタンにぴったりな葱塩ダレが美味しいです。2枚目は、レモンを絞って、さっぱり。
・厚切りハラミ
柔らかいハラミ。噛むたびに肉の旨味がやってくる。たまらない。美味しさ。
・フィレ【+\440でシャトーブリアンに変更可能】
美しいフィレ。柔らかい。うしごろさんのお肉は、本当に何を食べても美味しい。カットの仕方から素晴らしい。
・わかめスープ
ワカメスープのタイミングもナイスです。
・厳選希少部位タレ
トウガラシのタレ
美しい赤身。噛むたびに強い旨味を感じる。
うしごろさんのタレは、上品な味わいで重くないから、タレでも胃もたれしない。
・サーロインのすき焼き
さっと焼いた極上サーロインを、タレにつけて、ご飯に乗せて、卵黄とろーん。とろける極上の美味しさ。これは、幸せの味でした。
・和牛の石焼チーズリゾットカレー
色鮮やかなステキな〆が登場。
クリーミーなカレーの熱々リゾット。トマトの酸味がカレーに合いますね。こちらも美味しかった。
・デザート
なめらかプリン・コーヒーブランマンジェ
杏仁豆腐・季節のシャーベットから選べました。
私は、コーヒーブランマンジェ。
うしごろさんと言えば、これでしょ。白い見た目で味はコーヒーのブランジェ。何度食べても美味しい
やはり、うしごろさんは、肉質も味も最高ですね。
こちらの店舗さんは、カジュアルで堅苦しくない雰囲気で、飲み会や女子会に丁度いいと思いました。
飲み放題付きのコースは、さらにお得で驚きました。
また行きたいです。
