緊急事態宣言の解除も間近に迫って来た今日
月曜日は当番での出社日。
しかし広尾・白金近辺の月曜日ランチは休み
の店が多いのも事実。
フランス大使館を横目に青木坂・新富士見坂
を過ぎて広尾駅近辺に来てみましたが空いて
いる店が少ないので結構並んで居ますね。
そんな中でも並んで居ない店を発見しました
味噌ラーメンの此方。
本日の最高気温予想は２８度と真夏日直前！
この暑さの中で味噌ラーメンかとボヤキつつ
券売機でデデフォルトの”味噌”をオーダー。
４人掛けのテーブルに一人案内されて着席し
待っていると３人連れの、お客様が来店され
ましたので私はカウンターの空席に移りまし
たが待てど暮らせど一向にラーメンが来ない。
その内、私が席を譲った３人と同時に配膳が
されましたが１５分以上は経過していた感じ。
スープは鍋で煮たてた味噌と旨味調味料の味
が絡んで悪くは無いが挽肉が若干獣臭が匂う
感じ。
麺は札幌西山製麺風の中太縮れ麺でスープを
良く拾いますがカン水の香りが強い。
何故か叉焼は大振りな豚バラがスライスでは
無くブロックで提供され、こいつが旨い！
非常に丁寧な煮込み方をされている事が良く
判りました。
但し、この暑さでの味噌ラーメン。
ハンカチ１枚では不足した感じでしたね！
