本日もかっとばしてまいりましょう。コメントジャンジャンどうぞ。励みになります。
東京都港区、広尾駅の目の前にあります、らーめん匠力さんに御邪魔しました。
複数人のため、入り口に券売機があり、塩ラーメンと特味噌ラーメン1100円のぽっちを押します。
店の感じで味噌ラーメン推しのような御店です。
大将と女性の2オペ。
塩ラーメンは6分で着麺。
清らかなやや透き通った清湯スープで塩ラーメンの王道系。
ぷーすーはあっさりとしていてあっさり。
メンマの味わいは深く、ペッパーで味付けがされておりました。
わかめのシャキ感と煮豚のしっとりした味が絶妙。
麺は中太縮れ麺は普通。
みそラーメンに比べて大きめのスライスで煮豚が来ます。
味噌ラーメンは数種類の味噌のブレンドだそうです。
更に豚骨と鶏ガラをブレンドしたプースー。
具は煮たまご、バター、ホウレンソウ、刻みネギ、角切りチャーシューと見栄えは豊か。
麺はたまご麺のちぢれ系。味噌ラーメンの王道です。
バターが入りコクはありますが、飲んででみるとプースーがそんなに特徴がない気がします。
こだわりの味噌ぷーすーですが、好みは分かれる気がいたします。
