２回目の訪問。２年ほど前に来た時に美味しかった記憶があり、ずっと再訪したいと思っていながらなんとなく機会が無くだいぶ時間が経ってしまった。
２回目にして、店名が「にぎり」と読むことを知ったｗ（ずっと「にざん」と読んでいた。）
恵比寿ガーデンプレイスの近くなので、恵比寿駅からは少々歩く。ひっそりとした入り口なので分かりにくいかもしれない。
カウンターとテーブル席１つというこじんまりした店。トイレは１つ。
大将は寡黙な感じの方だが、なんとなく優しい雰囲気があって居心地が良い。
ここには握りだけのコースがある。２年ぶりだが、やはり美味しいと再認識。ペースはややゆっくり目で、途中で謎の中休みがあったのだが、12貫＋玉子で1.5時間程度だったろうか。最後の玉子まで美味しく、大満足。
価格帯としては高級な寿司屋（1人2万円以上）と安い寿司屋（1人5～6000円）の間くらいの店で、その割に握りのレベルはかなり高いのでコスパが良い。
