朝食時間から営業しているので寄ってみた。
特徴的な形のクロワッサンを使ったたまごサンド。
ブレンドとクラムチャウダーを選ぶ。
フレンチトーストはベーコンがサンドされている。
お会計後に温めてくれた。
レジ横にあったパニーニは後からテーブルに運んでくれる、注文してからプレスしてくれる。
固めのクロワッサン、たまごサラダにはピクルスが混ぜられており、それが複雑な表情を見せる。食感もあるし、香りにも変化がある。きゅうりだけとは違った風味に新しいなと思った。
フレンチトーストサンドは、カリカリベーコンがサンドされている。甘さもあるが、ベーコンの肉の旨味もあり、なかなか面白い。シナモンの香りのアクセントもいいと思う。
パニーニは、熱々でやってきた。チーズの個性とパンの個性、ぶつかり合うようでいて、融合している。ハムが仲を取り持っているのかもしれない。
