恵比寿駅からすぐの、飲食店ビルの2階です。
今まで何度も通る道にあったのに、
気付かなかった～。
皆さん、よくご存知で、満席の人気店でした。
テーブル席に着き、タッチパネルで早速注文です。
この日のおすすめに、大好物のレバーが！
即注文です。
他にも上タン、上カルビ２種盛、上ミノを
それぞれ、タレの味などを選びながらオーダー完成です。
ハイボールのおつまみにピリ辛冷や奴をオーダーし、
たっぷりのネギと、キムチソースのピリ辛がいい塩梅。
炭鉢の網が温たまった頃、上タンが登場です。
サッと焼いて、レモンを絞ってネギをのせたら、一口で。
お次は早速上炙りレバーです。
これこそ、サッと火を通すのみ。
塩ごま油でトロけるレバーが美味しかったです。
お次は、ささみとカイノミの2種盛りをお願いしました。
脂のとろけ具合、歯応えの差を感じつつ、
わさびや大根おろしなど、味変もできて
お肉一枚一枚を味わいました。
上ミノは中辛をチョイスでした。
歯ごたえといい、味といい、ほぼ一人で食べきってしまうほど
美味しかったです。
お肉と一緒に野菜もあったので、
野菜も過不足なく大満足の満腹に。
恵比寿のこの立地で、気兼ねなく食べられる
美味しい焼肉屋さんでした。
