2nd floor of Ebisu Beer Hall. Previously it was called "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Akamiushi". It opens from 4:30pm and I went there at 5pm, so I was the first one there. The inside of the store is surrounded by windows and has an open feel. If you come to Ebisu, you'll definitely want to visit Ebisu. There was also a mega jug! There aren't many places that carry it, but I love raw kimchi. The crunchiness of the Chinese cabbage is irresistible. The first thing I ordered was [b: ``Meat Brick''], which is the Ebisu store's signature menu. The shoulder block will come out with a bang. I was told to "cook each side for a little less than 1 minute," and I dutifully watched the timer as I cooked. Since it's a charcoal fire, the heat passes through nicely. Once baked, I hand it over to the staff. Bottled beer is Akahoshi. Continuing with the Ebisu store's signature menu [b: "classic Dokamori!!"] If you want to eat rare parts in small portions, we recommend the "Akami Ushi" alone, but if you are going with 3 or more people or a man, this Dokamori is recommended. Easy and cost-effective! (¥6380) A total of 8 types: Kobe beef ribs, loin, skirt steak miso, tongue miso, pork belly, pork ribs, today's hormone (marucho on this day), and chicken! I also ordered a mega fresh lemon sour drink, so I could concentrate on grilling, eating, and drinking.On the way, the meat bricks I had grilled earlier came out! To me, it was perfectly cooked (*´艸`*) It was extremely soft. The skirt steak miso was also delicious. Skirt steak has a stronger flavor than salt. Marucho raising flames. The duct is strong, so it sucks everything in. By the way, smoking is also allowed. We exchanged nets several times and ended up tasting Kobe beef. I was thinking of ordering something else if I had more room, but I was already full! We ate and drank a lot and it cost less than 15,000 yen for two people, so it was a very satisfying restaurant ♪
