恵比寿と広尾の中間あたりにあります。
お店は奥に向かって長い作りで、入るとまず個室、
その奥にL字型のカウンター６席があります。
個室は4人×2部屋でも、仕切りを取って8人×1部屋でも使えるようです。
結構コンパクトなサイズながら、清潔感のある落ち着いた空間。
金曜日の夜はカウンター、個室ともに満席でした。
料理：
この日は1万円のコースをいただきました。
京しずく出身のご主人の料理の味付けは
「薄い」でもなければ「濃い」でもなく、「旨い」というのが印象。
和食のお店の感想は「京風で薄味」や「関東風の濃い味付け」といった
どちらかに寄ったものが多いですが
この日いただいた料理は全て「とても自然で絶妙な旨さ」でした。
八寸はお酒の進む美味しいものがいろいろ盛りつけられていて
焼き魚はふっくらとした身の大きいもの。
〆の土鍋ご飯は筍ですが、生姜が効いていて本当に絶妙。
とても堪能できました。
ちなみに〆ご飯の残りは折に詰めてお持ち帰りにしてもらえます。
お酒：
熱燗で4種類、4合をいただきました。（2人で）
お料理に合わせていろいろお勧めいただけます。
酒器はユーモアのあるものも揃っていてそれだけでも楽しく
美味しい料理と合わせてお酒が進みました。
まとめ：
お料理のテンポも良く、お茶やおしぼりの差し替えもスムーズで
とても居心地の良い時間を過ごすことができました。
普段の食事でも大満足ですが、
こちらのお店ならデートでもちょっとした接待でも大丈夫ですね。
