ずいぶん前から名前だけは聞いていた、恵比寿で秀逸な料理を出す店だと。でも、恵比寿はあまり行動半径になく、なかなか行けないでいたのだが、環境の変化で恵比寿によく行くようになった。そんなときにお誘いで、ここのテイクアウト商品を使った味見会があった。
ちりめん山椒や海苔の佃煮といったご飯のおともを使って美味しい料理に仕立てて行くのをカウンターで眺めるのは楽しい。最後に鱧しゃぶが特別に供され、この店の実力を知った。もう一度、夜にコースを味わう必要を感じる。
