日曜日の夕方、亀戸ホルモンに行こうと予定していたのだが、諸事情により…予定変更で急遽こちらのお店にお邪魔しました。白羽の矢はどこに立つかわからない、というか予定もとうなるか、わからないわけです。
さて、カウンターに座ります。生ビールからスタートしました。お通しにはカリカリ甘い系ナッツが出てきました。
お料理は、とろけるスペアリブ・通称とろリブと七福餃子を頼みました。七福餃子については同店のアプリをダウンロードすれば初回サービスしてくださいます。これはすかさずダウンロードしなくてはなりませんね。得した気分！
七福餃子は味噌でいただくスタイルです。生姜が結構効いており、肉々しい感じもあって美味しいです。お酒のツマミに最適じゃないか。とろリブもパクチーの香りと一緒にトロットロのお肉をいただきました。特製ダレは必ず付けて召し上がりましょうね。少しの時間しか滞在できませんでしたが、他にも気になる料理がたくさんありました。
恵比寿で七福餃子楼か、なかなか良いネーミングセンスであるな。
