本日は久しぶりに恵比寿へ。
恵比寿東口の信号を白金方面に向かう途中にある
お洒落なイタリアンREGGINO（レッジャーノ）に行ってきました。
店内はオープンキッチンでソファー席やテラスも充実していて良いですね。
スタッフさんも明るくきびきびと気持ちが良いです。
先ずは生ビールで乾杯。
するとネタ箱を抱えたスタッフさんがやってきて
本日のおすすめメニューの説明がありました。自分の目で確かめられるのは良いね。
折角なのでREGGIANOのスペシャリテ～トリュフのオムレツ ペリグーソースをオーダー。
トリュフの風味がしっかり効いていて卵もふわふわ、最高です。
スパークリングワインが良く合いますね。
次はフルーツトマトとブラータチーズとマスカットのカプレーゼ。
トマトが甘く、トロトロチーズが絶品。マスカットが程よい引き締め役でした。
殻付生ガキ(岩手産)
しっかり冷えていて、夏の牡蠣も良いもんです。驚くほどクリーミー。
ズワイガニと海老とアボカドのミルフィーユ。
パイとズワイガニがナイスマッチ。アボカドが繋ぎのように使われ贅沢な一品でした。
続いては鹿児島産熟成A4ランク黒毛和牛のステーキ。
肉は柔らかく、ハーブ入りのグリーンマスタードがジューシーさを引き立て感動ものでした。
付け合わせの薩摩芋はビックリするほどホクホク。
とにかく何を食べても旨くて参りました。
天然スズキのカルパッチョ(サラダ仕立て)ハニーマスタードソース。
淡白なスズキもサラダ感覚で食べられます。盛り付けもお洒落で、ソースがまた良いですね。
ラストの〆はサマートリュフとトウモロコシのリゾット。
トリュフとトウモロコシの相性が絶妙で
少量ずつシェアした割にしっかり満足感あるということは本当に旨い証拠。
料理の真剣も伝わり、店内の雰囲気やスタッフさんの細かい気配りに
今夜は気持ちが良い食事が出来ました。お気に入りの一軒家にさせて頂きます。
