とにかくお米がおいしいです。
最近、餃子にはお酢+黒胡椒がお気に入りで
お酢はあるけど、胡椒はテーブルに無いのです。
お願いしたら、胡椒をもらえたかもしれないけど、それは何か悪い気がして、醤油少々にしました。
餃子+醤油少々に多めのお酢+ご飯。
当たり前の組み合わせ。
これがお米の旨味でより餃子が美味しくなる！

私は皮は薄めの小ぶりな餃子が好きなタイプ❤️
それぞれ美味しいのですが、この中では韮菜餃子が
一番ハマりました。ニラのアクセントが最高でした。
そして、お米が美味しい天津飯。
結構、ご飯多めで食べきれないかと思いきや、
餡の美味しさもあり完食
とっても気に入ったので、しばらく通います。
